We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for regular shipments. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:

We ship UPS every weekday and the appropriate Zone and Weight shipping charges in addition to charges for handling, oversized packages and insurance will be added to all orders. Regular UPS Ground Service will be used for all orders, unless otherwise specified; (3-Day Ground, Next Day Air-Red Label, Second Day Air-Blue Label, or Saturday Delivery). We do not ship COD. We also do not ship out of the United States unless the order is over $1500.00 US.

Customer Pickups:

We do not offer customer pickups or will call. All items must be shipped.

Return Policy:

All returned merchandise must be pre-approved by calling the BSBRaceParts.com customer service department and requesting a Return Goods Authorization Number. Returns must be freight prepaid with the items in original packaging and in condition to be sold as new. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase date, and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be allowed on special orders merchandise or items without a RGA number.

Shortages:

Check over your invoice thoroughly and make sure all the items that are marked shipped on the invoice are in your package. When orders need to be packaged in multiple boxes they may not always be delivered the same day. Save all packaging materials and examine the package for damage if you are short any items. If items appear to be lost due to damage, contact the carrier immediately. When shortages appear to be from misshipment, BSBRaceParts.com must be contacted within 5 days of delivery to assure prompt replacement. BSBRaceParts.com assumes no liability after this period.

Warranty Claims:

When items having a manufacturers warranty are being returned for a possible warranty credit, the manufacturer, NOT BSBRaceParts.com, will determine if such warranty credit or warranty repair will be approved. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for the manufacturer to examine the product. All warranties or guaranties will be handled by the manufacturer of the purchased part or partss.
